Welcome from both myself and my team of dedicated and highly trained staff to Copackers and Fulfilment Services. We are a contract packing, blending and fulfilment business with a core mission: To provide a service aimed at small to medium sized businesses that allows our customers to focus on scaling their business, whilst we take care of the logistics! We specialise in ambient food products, however, we also pack non-food items. We pride ourselves on our quality, speed and price and aim to ensure a smooth and effective customer experience from start to finish, by using rigorous policies and procedures across the business. We have a dedicated allergen and non-allergen production room for the safe handling of your goods and are SALSA certified with a 5* Food hygiene rating. Contract Packing
Copackers UK is an umbrella of Copackers and Fulfilment Services and we are proud to announce we own the trademark for it! We offer a range of food and non-food contract packing, specialising in ambient ingredients. Products we currently pack include: Flour, spices, salt, sweets, do it yourself kits, a wide range of confectionary, dried pasta and rice, coffee, grain, superfoods, chocolate, matcha powders, protein powders, goats milk powder, herbal blends and collagen. We also specialise in non-food products.
Packaging solutions
Need packaging advice? We’re here to help. We work with quality suppliers to source you the most effective packaging for your product. We cater to all requirements and offer labelling barcode, stamping and printing services.
Blending
We provide a blending service for your ambient products. Our Ribbon Blender can work with a range of ambient products including: Coffee, all types of powder, flour, salt, spices and cocoa. Please enquire further if you have a product you require blending.
Fulfilment
Want to cut the cost of sending your goods to a large distributor, such as a 3PL site? We offer fulfilment on site, saving you money and providing a customised service that ensures your goods are dispatched to your customers in a quick, efficient and effective process.
Allergen Management and Allergen Free Environment
We cater for both allergen free products and any of the 14 main allergens. We do this through our specialist allergen production room, rigorous cleaning procedures and colour coded tub management. All of our staff are trained in food allergy and intolerance training by the Food Standards Agency and we have a dedicated allergen and allergen free racking system. For products that contain no-allergens we pack in our specialist no-allergen production room to ensure your product is packed in an environment free from allergens. We are also proud partners with ‘Free From Awards’.
